The Seasideloft Atlantico is the ideal place to be inspired, develop the own writing project, listen to the sea, enjoy the vastness, linger on the nearby beach & swim in the sea, or dine in one of the surrounding restaurants.
INDIVIDUAL & STYLISH
The Seasideloft Atlantico is a very special kind of workspace. It is characterised in every respect by its generosity and spaciousness. On a floor area of 160 square metres, you can find stylishly designed rooms with a view of the water from everywhere. The ideal place to write in peace and quiet and devote yourself intensively to the development of your own project.
The heart of the loft is the living room with its large seating area and the endless view over the sea, the access to the roof terrace and a spectacular view over the Atlantic Ocean and the Óbidos lagoon.

The table offers a spacious workspace with a wonderful view of the Atlantic. The loft also has a very well-equipped kitchen with a balcony and sea view, so that you are well catered for during the studios and residencies. The ingredients can be selected at leisure during a stroll through the daily market & fish market in nearby Caldas da Rainha.

At the rear of the flat there are two stylishly furnished rooms with writing desks and a quiet area in case you want to retreat for a moment during the workshops. Both rooms have a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the lagoon.

Our loft is also equipped with a whiteboard with index cards for developing character and plot arcs. There is also a printer, paper, pens and notebooks.
WHAT A BEACH!
​
Not overcrowded even in high season, Foz do Arelho beach is located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Óbidos lagoon. You can choose between two completely different types of beach. On one side is the beautiful lagoon whose calm water is ideal for swimming, windsurfing and kitesurfing because of the almost constantly blowing wind.
The beach on the other side, facing the sea with little current here, is a paradise for surfers. The Blue Flag flies here, certifying the good water quality.
